Bill's Dills at work

The Story

Just a Guy.
Really Good Pickles.

It started with a family recipe and a jar too many. Now it's a full-blown pickle obsession — and we wouldn't have it any other way.

How It Started

One Recipe.
One Obsession.

It started with a handwritten recipe card, stained with brine, that I found in a shoebox. I made a batch on a Sunday afternoon just to see if I could. I could. And then I couldn't stop.

I started bringing jars to work. Then to parties. Then my friends started requesting them. That's when I knew I was either onto something great, or I had a problem. Turns out: both.

The first farmers market booth was terrifying. I had 40 jars and no idea if anyone would buy them. Sold out in two hours. I drove home, made more, and never looked back.

What We Stand For

The Pickle Code

Real Ingredients Only

No artificial preservatives, no mystery chemicals. Just cucumbers, spices, vinegar, and a whole lot of love.

Made in Small Batches

Every jar is made by hand. We'd rather make fewer jars and make them right than cut corners for volume.

Obsessively Crafted

We've tested hundreds of brine ratios. We've argued about garlic levels. We've lost sleep over crunch. Worth it.

Community First

We started at the farmers market and that's still our home. Local, personal, and always happy to let you try before you buy.

Enough Reading.
Time to Taste.

The pickles speak louder than any origin story.
